Your music, everywhere it earns.
Unlimited releases to every major store, the codes and paperwork handled, and your rights left where they belong — with you. Three plans, from a solo artist to a full management partnership.
Three ways to work with us
The first two are distribution products, billed yearly. The third is a management partnership — a different thing entirely, with our time in it.

Artist and Label Pro are software and delivery — the cost of serving one more release is close to nothing, so the price can stay flat. Crown puts our people in your project: strategy sessions, quarterly meetings, channel and project management. That's a few hundred hours a year, so it's scoped and priced per artist, and we only take on a roster we can actually service. If we can't do it properly, we'll say no.
Every feature, compared
The stores and the unlimited releases are identical on all three. What changes is the roster, the rights tooling, and how much of our time is in it.

How a release happens
Send the song
WhatsApp us the audio, the artwork and the names of everyone with a claim on it — singer, lyricist, composer, producer, featured artist. No forms to fill in.
We prepare and deliver
We confirm consent, assign the ISRC and UPC, check artwork against store requirements and submit. Rejections come back to us, not to you.
You get paid
Stores report earnings 30–60 days after a month closes — their timeline, not ours. When the statement lands you see the raw numbers, the split, and what's yours.
Asked before every signup
You keep the share stated in your agreement, and it is written on the agreement before you pay anything. We will never change it mid-term without telling you in writing first.
Yes. Audio9 distributes your music, we do not buy it. Your master and your composition stay yours, and you can move your catalogue elsewhere at the end of a term.
Releases stay live while the plan is active. If a plan lapses we will contact you before anything is taken down — nothing disappears from stores without warning.
Stores report earnings 30–60 days after a month closes. That is their reporting cycle, not ours, and no distributor can shorten it. When the statement arrives you see the raw store numbers alongside the split.
We set up Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists, and we submit the YouTube Official Artist Channel request on your behalf. The platforms decide eligibility — anyone promising a guaranteed checkmark is promising something they don't control.
Because it's our time, not a software seat. A management year runs to a few hundred hours per artist across strategy, channel work and quarterly meetings. We scope it against your release plan and quote per artist, and we only take on as many artists as we can genuinely service.
Yes. Moving from Artist to Label Pro is prorated against the time left on your year. Crown is by application, so it starts with a conversation about what you're releasing and when.
